The plant is located in the outskirt of Ahemdabad (Gujarat State) with installed capacity of 1.5 LLPD with product portfolio of Milk, Butter Milk and Curd in Sachets, Curd and Lassi in cups Paneer in vacuum and thermoforming packs, Cheddar, processed and Mozrella Cheese in various consumer packs, Sterilized Flavoured Milk in Bottles, Fruit Youghurt in Cups with brand name “Milken” and “Monarch”. The plant is Semi Automatic with centralized PLC based operation for Milk Pasteurizers (from M/s Kelvion) and Centralized CIP System (M/s R D Enterprise), High Speed Pouch Packing Machines from M/s RMC, Hyderabad and Automation from M/s Vikings Automations (Baroda) backed up by utilities like Boiler from M/s Thermax and Refrigeration System from M/s Mycom (Japan)
